Pets in Threads, a family-owned business in Sydney, was inspired by our beloved five-year-old Basset Hound–Beagle cross, Riley. She’s a bundle of energy, curiosity, and pure love — happiest when chasing a ball down the beach in a harness that can keep up with her adventures. That perfect mix of joyful play and practical comfort is at the heart of everything we do.

Born from Real-Life Experience
Like many dog owners, we’ve struggled to find gear that truly works. We tested countless harnesses that trapped sand, were hard to clean, or rubbed uncomfortably during long walks. Then we found one that changed everything — lightweight, easy to rinse, and gentle on Riley’s belly. That discovery sparked our mission: to source and share high-quality products that make life better for dogs and their humans.
