Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Processing Time: We are working hard to get your orders to you quickly. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. If your order includes engraving, please allow additional 1-3 business days for the customisation process. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods & Times: We partner with Australia Post. Shipping times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date. Delivery times vary by location.
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
  • Shipping Costs: 
    • Standard Shipping: $9.90
    • Express Shipping: $15

International Shipping

We are thrilled to ship our quality pet products worldwide! Please read the following information carefully.

  • Processing Time: International orders are also dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Times: International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination and service level. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. These timeframes are estimates and exclude potential customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

This is a critical section for international customers.

Please note that Pets in Threads cannot predict or control whether you will be charged customs taxes, import duties, or other fees by your country's government.

  • Your Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Payment of Fees: You are responsible for paying any such charges that arise upon the parcel's arrival in your country. Non-payment of these fees may result in your parcel being held by customs or returned to us.
  • Declaration of Goods: As a registered Australian business, we are legally required to declare all international shipments as 'Merchandise' and provide an accurate description and value of the contents. We are unable to mark any order as a 'Gift' on customs forms.
  • Returns Due to Customs: If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges and the order is returned to us, the cost of the original outbound shipping and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your product refund.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number on the courier's website for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Shipping Issues & Contact
