1. Change of Mind
We happily accept returns and offer a refund or exchange for items returned in their original condition (unused, unopened, and with all original tags and packaging) within 14 days of purchase.
- Please present your original receipt or proof of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items unless faulty. These include:
- All Collars, Harnesses, and Leashes that have been adjusted, worn, or had tags removed.
- Chew toys that show signs of use.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Please contact us within 14 days of purchase for faulty items
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt)
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Online Purchases:
Please contact us at support@petsinthreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning items.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
5. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, provided they are returned in original condition.
